Preferred Setup
1) Go to Settings
2) Select Mail
3) Select Accounts
4) Select Add Account
5) Select the mail provider to set up
6) Enter the Email Address and Password
7) Click Next and wait for Email to verify the information
For Manual Setup
Follow Steps 1.a. – 1.c. on the device
Select Other
Select Add Mail Account
Enter the name, email address, password, and a description for the account
Click Next
Choose IMAP or POP for the new account
Input the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server information
Access cPanel for the appropriate domain and navigate to Email Accounts > Connect Devices for that email account to obtain the needed information
If all settings are correct, click Save to finish
Formation will prompt it needs edited.
When complete, the device should return to the Accounts page with the account listed
Verify the ports and SSL are being detected
From the Accounts page, select the newly created account
Select Advanced
Confirm the Use SSL option is on
Confirm the ports being used are correct
